When your payment is confirmed, Digital Assets International Pty Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide licence to use the files you bought, for as long as you keep them. You are buying a licence to use the content, not the copyright in it.

Free printables and bonus checklists that come with a paid guide are covered by exactly the same licence.

• Read the guide on any device you personally own.
• Keep your own backup copies, on your computer, phone, tablet or cloud drive.
• Print copies for yourself, and for the person in your household or family you bought the guide to help, such as a partner or a grandchild.
• Quote a short passage in a review, a post or a conversation, with credit to EasyOver50.com.
• Use the checklists and worksheets in your own life as often as you like.

Unless we give you written permission first, you may not:

• resell, rent, licence, auction or give away the files, in whole or in part;
• upload them to a website, blog, forum, cloud folder, messaging group, social network, file-sharing or torrent service, or any AI training dataset;
• share your download link, access token or account sign-in with anyone outside your household;
• use the content in a paid course, workshop, club, coaching programme, newsletter or client deliverable;
• reproduce the guide for a school, library, employer, charity or community group;
• edit, translate, re-format or create a derivative work from the content and distribute it;
• remove or alter our branding, author credit or copyright notices;
• claim the work as your own, or register any part of it as your intellectual property.

All text, artwork, layout, checklists and templates remain the copyright of Digital Assets International Pty Ltd. Nothing in this licence transfers ownership to you. We may embed a reference in your files that ties a download to the order it came from, so a leaked copy can be traced back to the purchase.

Your licence does not expire, and the files you have downloaded are yours to keep. The download links themselves are short-lived security links, so they stop working after a while, that is normal. Your account library and your emailed no-login link will always issue you a fresh one. If we ever retire the site, we will give notice so you can download everything you own.

We may end this licence only if the files are being redistributed in breach of section 3. If that happens you must delete every copy you hold.

If a link will not open, the file is corrupted, the wrong guide arrives, or a promised free printable is missing, email support@easyover50.com with the email address you used at checkout. We will re-issue working links, normally within one business day, at no cost. If we cannot deliver a working file, you get a full refund.

You can also re-download anything you own at any time from your account library or your downloads page.

Because a download is delivered instantly and cannot be handed back, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once the download has started, and at checkout you confirm that you want immediate access and understand that this waives any 14-day EU or UK cancellation right.

That never removes your consumer guarantees. If a guide is faulty, will not open, is not as described, or is significantly different from what the product page advertised, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund under the Australian Consumer Law and the equivalent laws where you live.
