Digital Assets International Pty Ltd (ACN 169 682 535), of Breakwater Parade, Mandurah, WA, 6210, Australia., is the data controller for EasyOver50.com.  Contact us about anything on this page at support@easyover50.com.

• Your email address, when you buy a guide, create an account, or join the mailing list.
• Purchase records: which guide, amount, currency, payment status, the payment provider's session and customer references, and the consent boxes you ticked at checkout with the date and the exact wording shown.
• Download access tokens: a random string that lets your emailed download link work without signing in.
• Payment details are entered directly into our payment provider's checkout. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data that any website receives, such as your browser type and approximate location, used for security and to work out the correct tax.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

• To deliver what you bought and keep your library working — performance of our contract with you.
• To meet tax, accounting and consumer-law obligations — legal obligation.
• To prevent fraud and abuse of download links — our legitimate interests.
• To send marketing emails — only with your consent, given by ticking the optional box. You can withdraw it any time.

We use a small number of trusted providers, and only for the purposes above:

• Stripe — payment processing, fraud checks, tax calculation, receipts.
• Supabase — our database and the private storage that holds the PDF files.
• Our hosting and email providers — serving the site and sending transactional messages.

We never sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. Where information moves out of the EU, UK or Australia we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

• Purchase and tax records: seven years, as Australian law requires.
• Account and library data: until you ask us to delete your account.
• Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to:

• send you a copy of the information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your account and personal information (we must keep tax records);
• stop using your information for marketing, at any time;
• restrict or object to other processing, or ask for your data in a portable file.

Email support@easyover50.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to your data protection authority: the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, or your EU supervisory authority.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We only email marketing to people who ticked the optional box, and every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Receipts, download links and service messages about a purchase are not marketing and are always sent.

We keep this to the minimum needed to run the site and the checkout. Details are on our cookies page.

Guides live in private storage and are only reachable through short-lived signed links issued after a successful payment. Access to our systems is limited to people who need it. No system is perfect, so if a breach ever affects you we will notify you and the relevant regulator as the law requires.

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page, and we will tell you directly if the change is significant. See also our terms.
