Refunds & Consumer Rights

• No change-of-mind refunds once your download has started.
• Broken file, wrong file, won't open, or clearly not what the page described? Tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
• Charged twice, or bought the same guide twice by mistake? We refund the duplicate.
• Never received your links? That is not a refund matter, we just resend them.

A PDF cannot be handed back. Once the file is on your device you keep it, so we treat the sale as final from the moment the download begins. Every product page tells you the page count, what is inside and what is included free, so you know what you are getting before you pay.

Consumers in the EU and UK usually have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. That right is lost once delivery of the digital content starts with your express consent. Before you pay we ask you to tick a box confirming both: that you want immediate access, and that you understand the 14-day cancellation right ends when the download starts. If you would rather keep the 14 days, do not complete the purchase, and email us instead.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, and equivalent laws in the UK, EU, New Zealand, Canada and the United States, digital products must match their description and be fit for the purpose they are sold for. Nothing on this page removes those guarantees. If a guide fails them, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on how serious the problem is.

Email support@easyover50.com from the address you used to buy, tell us the guide and what went wrong, and we will reply within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
