Terms of Sale & Website Terms

These terms apply every time you use EasyOver50.com or buy one of our digital guides. Buying a guide means you accept them.

Last updated: 21 August 2026

1. About us

EasyOver50.com is owned and operated by Digital Assets International Pty Ltd (ACN 169 682 535), registered at Breakwater Parade, Mandurah, WA, 6210, Australia.. You can reach us any time at support@easyover50.com.

2. What you are buying

Every product on this site is a digital download (usually a PDF guide, sometimes with free printable companions). Nothing is posted to you and there is no physical product. Page counts, contents and any included bonuses are described on each product page.

3. Your licence to use the guides

When you buy a guide, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

  • read it on your own devices;
  • print a copy for your own use, or for the family member you bought it to help.

You may not:

  • resell, rent, sub-licence or give away the files;
  • upload them to a website, file-sharing service, group or social network;
  • use them in a paid course, workshop or service without our written permission;
  • remove our branding, or claim the work as your own.

We keep all copyright and other intellectual property in the guides, the site text and the artwork. The full detail of what is permitted, what is restricted, and how access problems are handled is on our download licence page.

4. Prices, currency and tax

Prices are shown in AUD unless the checkout tells you otherwise. Any GST, VAT or sales tax that applies where you live is calculated and shown by our payment provider at checkout, and is collected and remitted for you. Your card statement will show a descriptor for our payment provider rather than the guide title.

5. Payment and delivery

Payments are handled on our behalf by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. As soon as your payment is confirmed you get instant access: the download links appear on the confirmation page, in your account library, and (once email delivery is switched on) in a receipt email that includes a no-login download link.

If a download link stops working, email support@easyover50.com with your order email address and we will send fresh links.

6. Refunds and your right to cancel

Because the guides are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once the download has started.

If you live in the EU or the UK you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. Before you pay, we ask you to tick a box confirming that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose that 14-day cancellation right once the download begins. If you do not want to give up that right, do not tick the box and do not complete the purchase.

None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protection laws where you live. Our guides come with guarantees that cannot be excluded: if a file is faulty, will not open, is not as described, or is significantly different from what was advertised, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Just email us. Full detail is on our refunds page.

7. Accounts

You can create an account to keep a library of everything you have bought. Keep your sign in link and email account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used to share or redistribute our files.

8. Information, not advice

The guides are general information written for a wide readership. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for a professional who knows your circumstances. Health, sleep, money, scam-safety and relationship content should always be weighed against your own situation, and you should speak to your doctor, lawyer or licensed adviser before acting on anything that matters. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.

9. Availability and liability

We try to keep the site available and the files working, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Third-party links and affiliates

Some pages link to other websites and products. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. Where a link earns us a commission we say so on the page.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the courts there have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim under the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms? Email support@easyover50.com or use our contact page.
