Partner Terms
These are the rules of the EasyOver50 Partner Programme. They are written plainly so you know exactly where you stand before you promote anything.
Last updated: 21 August 2026
Who can be a partner
The programme is application only. We review each application by hand and may accept or decline for any reason, including simply keeping the programme small. Approval is personal to you and cannot be transferred or sub-licensed.
Commission
- You earn 30% of the net sale value of qualifying purchases — the amount actually paid, after any discount, and excluding taxes and payment processing fees.
- Qualifying purchases are paid digital guides, bundles and courses. Free downloads and newsletter signups do not earn commission on their own.
- Commission is not payable on your own purchases, or on purchases you arrange on behalf of a buyer.
Tracking and the cookie
You receive a personal tracking link. When someone clicks it, a cookie is stored in their browser for 60 days. Any qualifying purchase made in that window is credited to you, even if they return later by typing the address directly.
Where two partners referred the same buyer, the most recent click within the window is credited. Tracking depends on the buyer's browser accepting cookies and not clearing them; we cannot credit a sale we have no record of.
Refunds and clawbacks
If a buyer is refunded or a payment is charged back, the related commission is reversed. This is why commission is confirmed only after the refund window has closed.
Payouts
- Monthly, 30 days after the end of the month the sale was made in.
- The minimum payout is US$50. Balances below that roll over to the next month.
- All amounts are calculated and paid in US dollars.
- You are responsible for your own tax obligations on commission you receive. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner in the legal sense.
What isn't allowed
- Bidding on "EasyOver50", "easyover50.com" or close variations in paid search, or using them in display URLs.
- Coupon, voucher, cashback and deal sites.
- Unsolicited email, comment spam, or posting your link where it isn't welcome.
- Claiming to be EasyOver50, registering domains or social accounts using our name, or copying our site.
- Making claims we have not made ourselves — particularly medical, financial or legal outcomes. Our guides are practical information, not professional advice.
- Promoting us alongside content that is adult, hateful, misleading, or targeted at people who cannot give informed consent.
Where required by law or platform rules, disclose that you may earn a commission. A simple line such as "I may earn a commission if you buy through this link" is enough.
Our brand and materials
Approved partners may use the logos, covers, graphics and copy in the partner media kit to promote EasyOver50, unaltered except for resizing. That permission ends when your participation in the programme ends.
Ending the arrangement
Either of us may end the arrangement at any time, in writing. You will be paid any confirmed commission earned before that point. We may withhold commission and remove a partner immediately where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken or the tracking has been manipulated.
We may change these terms, the commission rate, or the tracking window. Changes apply from the date they are published and never reduce commission already confirmed.
